2. Protected territory by City only if yearly
sales are satisfactory, $1500.00 Gross.
3. 50% Discount on all reorders. Must order
paints by 6 of each number except
the following numbers:
309 - 310 - 311; 418 thru 425 (minimum amounts are 3 each).
4. Minimum order each time - $300.00 Gross Sales.
5. Must have a store front to be a Distributor.
6. Must give Discounts to Wholesalers.
DEALERSHIP
1. Initial order $1,855.30 Gross. W/40%
Dealership, receive 50% on first order and
40%
thereafter. Price for the first order is $927.15. This
Dealership includes 3 of
each color..
2. No protected territory.
3. 40% on all reorders (does not have to order by
any quantity of any number).
4. Minimum order each time, $200.00 Gross.
Yearly minimum to hold Dealership is
$500.00 Gross.
