* A discount of 20% will be given on REX TOOLS and FORMA-LEAF with a valid resale number.

* To qualify for a 20% discount, an order of $75.00 retail must be placed each time you order.
This can be a combined order of both REX TOOLS and FORMA-LEAFS.

30% Dealership

*A discount of 30% will be given on REX TOOLS and FORMA-LEAF with valid resale number.
* To qualify for a 30% discount, an INITIAL order must be taken out in either REX TOOLS (or)
FORMA-LEAF.

* Initial order for REX TOOLS 30% dealership consists of the following:
6 each of numbers #1 thru #16
6 each of number #17 (regular Rose)
6 each if # 's 18 thru #36
RETAIL amount of the initial order is $461.40 and the NET amount is $322.98 (After Discount).

REX TOOL dealers may select any of the FORMA-LEAF patterns at the same 30% discount.

* Initial order for FORMA-LEAF dealership consists of the following:
2 pkg. each of the Standard Leaves category.
2 pkg. each of the Large Leaves category.
RETAIL amount of the initial order is $634.1 and the NET amount is $443.87 (After Discount).

FORMA-LEAF dealers may select any of the REX TOOLS at the same 30% discount.

* After qualifying as a Dealer, each account must maintain purchases totaling a minimum of $100.00
(One hundred dollars) NET for the calendar year, (January 1 to December 31). Any accounts whose
purchases during the previous calendar year total less than $100.00 NET may have to re-qualify as a
Dealer by again meeting the initial (cost amount) requirement. If you succeeded in ordering $100.00
Net then we will honor the dealer discount of 30%. If no sales were made for a 12 month period then
you will still qualify for a Wholesalers 20% discount.
